This puppy is being purchased as a pet only. No guarantees are being made otherwise.......This puppy is guaranteed for a period of 72 hours or 3 working days. We advise that this puppy is seen by a licensed veterinarian of your choice before the 72 hour period lapses. If he/she finds the pup is not healthy, you must return the puppy for another puppy of equal value.
This health warranty does not include coccidia, giardia, parasites, ear mites, or minor hernias. The veterinarian's signed approval or disapproval must be sent back to Puppies To Go. If this is not done, the health guarantee becomes invalid and Buyer assumes all responsibility for the health of the puppy.
Seller will not, for any reason, be held responsible for any course of treatment rendered by unauthorized veterinarian, including office calls, vaccinations, etc. The returned puppy will be treated by seller's veterinarian as seller's puppy. If, the sad occasion of the puppy's demise before returned, said puppy must be examined by seller's veterinarian before any action is taken by anyone involved in the welfare of this puppy.
This puppy has received vaccinations according to the medical record above and is guaranteed not to be carrying any communicable disease. We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that puppies are free of hereditary defects, but due to complex genetic interactions and environmental conditions beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that the dog will be able to obtain any type of clearances. The new standards of breeding have greatly improved old genetic problems, hopefully, to extend the life and happiness of your new friend. The seller will not be held accountable for any types of health problems or unforeseen genetic reasons.
